CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER.
Joined the Wunderman Thompson team to lead Argentina´s creative and production deparment. Head of 82 people diverse group to reach end to end local and regional projects to Movistar Argentina, Unilever (Dove, Rexona, Ala, Hellmans among others), Galicia Bank, AB inbev, BASF always focusing on the Creativity, data and technology. Also, global projects alongside different partners in UK, USA, México, working with the Regional and Global Wunderderman Thompson team and partners.
Some of the greatest achievements of these periods were to design a multidisciplinary and integrated teamwork, 50/50 women, men and non binary people; lead the global creativity and production of Degree inc and got 187 awards in 23 month. As a team, we also developed the new regional concept for Movistar and lead the local PR around diversity and gender equality in creativity in the country.

EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Joined FCB Mexico to explore a new position: Regional creative leader. To lead the creative area for Latam with a business perspective. To develop new projects, innovation and to work alonside planning department in the future of the brands. Promoted twice as Group Creative Director and ECD, being at the same time, the Regional Creative Director for Clorox Latam. Managed local and regional work, leading campaigns for Clorox, Beiersdorf (BDF) for Nivea, Eucerin, Curitas, Labello and more), Ferrero, Xcaret, AB inbev and many more.
Some of the achievements were to give a new gender perspective to Clorox in Latam and to develop the innovation area with a digital intelligence perspective.

REGIONAL DIGITAL CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Moved from Argentina to México to manage integrated campaigns and create digital ones for P&G, Kelloggs among other brands. Leaded the Latam digital team with 18 people in charge in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador and Argentina, including project managers, digital production and digital strategists.
Some of the achievements were to produce regional campaigns with expertise in non traditional media, to give a creative IMC refresh to some traditional brands, digitalize them and to create a modern brand identity to Zucaritas and its historical character.

ACTIVATION AND DIGITAL DIRECTOR
Promoted two times, started at the well- known VegaOlmosPonce, the global Rexona and Axe agency at that time, as a copywriter before being a creative director and after that the lead of the activation and digital department. Partnering with the Unilever suppliers to provide leadership into building integrated campaigns regionally and globally.
Among many achievements of these periods were to create, produce and lead with the team a Rexona campaign for 62 countries which won Unilever´s campaing of the year in 2010, to win at Cannes with an Axe campaign completely developed in house and to be the digital agency of the year locally under her leadership at the Circulo de Creativos de Argentina.
